Our offer

Little Foxes Frankenberg

Our aim is to accompany our "Little Foxes" in their early childhood and to awaken and promote their individual development potential in an age-appropriate and needs-oriented manner so that each child can develop and grow ideally according to their abilities

In our core groups, the children play, learn and discover together with their regular teachers.

What we offer our children at

First Steps - Familiarization

To ensure that every child has a successful start to their day at our kindergarten, we offer individual settling-in and familiarization programs. Each child, with their unique character and individual needs in the current situation, always comes first.

Our approach

Children are driven by their curiosity, have a great urge to explore and discover and a strong desire to imitate the grown-ups, which is why the joy and fun of learning and playing is our top priority. With this privilege, independence, self-esteem and self-confidence can easily be strengthened and promoted in everyday life - which is why we act and work according to the situation-oriented approach! We pay particular attention to the early introduction of cultural techniques and the English language.

Healthy body - healthy mind

The well-being of all children is our top priority. Together with the children, we strive to develop an understanding of healthy eating. Your children's meals are covered throughout the day. Breakfast and snacks are freshly prepared daily by our own service staff. Lunch is delivered daily from a regional kitchen. Exercise is important to us and a basic need of every child. Regardless of the weather, we spend time in the garden every day. In addition, our newly equipped sports room offers plenty of space for sports and exercise activities.

Openness to the world and language

We see language as the key to the world. We attach great importance to the linguistic development of all our "Little Foxes". English should be fun! Discovering the English language through play is part of our daily work. To this end, our teachers accompany the children throughout the day in the various situations of the daily routine in the foreign language English. We want to awaken an interest in foreign languages and help the children to develop a feeling for the language. From the very beginning, our children have the opportunity to get to know multiculturalism and the resulting added value.

Early childhood learning and discovery

In daily child-oriented and age-appropriate activities, we pick up on the children's interests and derive varied and holistic learning activities from them. In doing so, we are guided by the Saxon education plan. Through targeted observation of the children in everyday life and joint discussions, we enable the children to participate in the learning process. We place particular emphasis on the playful exploration of cultural techniques. Among other things, our "Little Foxes" learn the basics of numbers and letters. In this way, we try to prepare the children ideally for life and especially for the transition to school. We are particularly proud of our in-house math and rhythm room as well as the interactive board for media education.

Living together

We focus on the acquisition of social skills by teaching values and standards. As educators, we see ourselves not only as companions, but also as positive role models. We live openness, curiosity and positive interaction with each other as a team and carry this attitude into our work with the children.

Educational partnership

Parents are the experts for their children. We not only want to work together with you, but also see the task of supporting the children entrusted to us in their development and the unfolding of their personality as a partnership.

Project work

We use project work for our educational work in the kindergarten. Projects train the children's perception and senses. Projects promote the acquisition of knowledge, the urge to explore, curiosity and perseverance of the children. Independence and self-determination as well as the ability to cooperate develop further. The initiative for a project comes either from the teacher or the children, arises from a situation, is spontaneous or planned. The planning of the associated activities is based on observations and is oriented towards the children's interests. However, this approach does not exclude planned action. Project planning is not based on the children's deficits, but on the child and its individual environment.

Our crèche area

As a foreign language daycare center, we offer a holistic and complete childcare concept from the very beginning. The crèche area is the starting point for the very youngest "Foxes".

Out-of-home care in early childhood is becoming increasingly important from many perspectives in order to be able to ideally balance family life with working life. Last but not least, research in the field of brain research, developmental and educational psychology in recent years has emphasized the immense importance of the first years of life for later educational opportunities. Children show an interest in their peers from a very early age; together they form relationships, learn and discover with each other. A child alone would not run, climb, fall down and get up again nearly as much as in a community of peers. This has a long-term positive effect on children's development. The formation of synapses in the brain depends on the experiences that children can gain in their early years. The more experiences, the more synaptic connections. In many ways, this shows the enormous potential of early childhood care.

Education, care and upbringing right from the start.

A successful settling-in period is a prerequisite for the well-being of every child. Our settling-in process is based on the Berlin settling-in model. Together with the parents, our trained team plans the individual settling-in process for each child. The start of care outside the home is not only an exciting new step in life for children, but also for parents. Our trained staff are on hand to support new parents at every step of the settling-in process. We plan, support and reflect on the settling-in process together and adapt it to the individual circumstances of the children and their families. The aim is to achieve the delicate balance of security and freedom that both children and their parents need in order to make a successful transition to a new life situation.

Early childhood learning must make coherent, individual sense. We enable coherent learning experiences through jointly developed project topics. We place particular emphasis on a playful approach to cultural techniques. Among other things, our "Little Foxes" learn the basics of numbers and letters. In our math room, there are plenty of materials for playfully perceiving quantities, shapes, counting, comparing sizes and weights and much more. Numbers are also used as picture cards on the walls, for laying or as a memory game. Learning colors and sorting objects are also included. The use of everyday materials offers our girls and boys various opportunities to actively acquire mathematical knowledge.
